They take on too many patients and you end up waiting too long.
For walking in on Saturday, I was surprised. I was told it would be a 3 hr wait, but it ended up being shorter luckily. What I didn’t like was that my paperwork took the longest because I needed actual treatment, not a drug test or a physical like the other walk in patients. I also didn’t like that the original person who helped me did not do my paperwork but left it for someone else. The other girl, Destiny, was nice and helpful though. The front two employees was very nice. I went on 12/23/2017 around 10:30pm. I walk in and no one was there in the waiting room took me right in. But I want waiting which seems as forever. By 11:30 the doctor came in she seemed like she really didn’t know what happens to me. She gave me antibiotics and that was all. Nothing else which was weird. She was rude not friendly and kept giving me weird looks. No happy with the customer service as the doctor should of been more friendly if you don’t like helping people then leave! I ... read more
