the only reason I went to concentra was cause of my company having a contract with them. I've had to do 3 pre employment drug tests cause they've screwed up 2 times on my drug test already and its cost me time and money. I should of been working a week ago if it wasn't for concentra.
Only gave a 2 out of 10 because one point for one nurse that did my test drug test was amazing. And another point for the doctor that did my physical. No points for the service at the front desk! Waited hours to get in and hours to just exit and leave the place without any papers needed to give back to me!!! No organization!!! No concept of time management!!! The waiting time it’s just too much especial when everyone is in pain and to wait over two hours even with a appointment it’s just crazy

I read the previous reviews and they are entirely a contrast to my experience! I had to come to this center for a condition that needed treatment and these people were incredible. I got to meet just about all the colleagues through my visit. Yes, wait times can be a bit long but that’s healthcare. Their service though? GOLD STANDARD. Would definitely recommend and come back for my next illness!
I do not recommend anything about this god awful place. I go in for an injury and I get a speech about diabetes management. I have been diabetic for 30+ yrs. DO NOT NEED A LECTURE.
Too long. Wait long hours. Not a good place to be an Urgent Care.
Clean, amazing adherence to COVID protocols without offending people, friendly, respectful, set appropriate expectations about wait times (I was told 3-4 hour wait on Saturday). I was in and out with x-rays in hand for my fractured toe within 2 1/2 hours. The friendliness and professionalism, competency and cleanliness of the team at the Rancho Cucamonga location surprised me and I have already told at least 6 people about my experience.
