pre-employment drug screen: Simple, right? Nope! the tech emptied my sample into test tubes w/out my knowledge - I had my back turned when she did it. I noted the issue and had to stay and give SECOND sample. Gave second sample... total time at clinic THREE HOURS b/c they made a mistake. Location at 6701 Bergenline in NJ is terrible. Long waits. No communication among staff.
Long waiting time and totally harassment to the patients . Very bad service
I’ve been here since 9:30 am and still waiting 12:25 this is the longest waiting time .
I just left The katy location, Andra was so pleasant and great customer service. I’m in management and that’s a BIG DEAL. The place was also very clean
Really long wait times for rechecks. Had to wait seven months to get surgery. And at the end the doctor Lied on the final reports and said that I could lift for weight and have full range of motion which is not true. He did no tests and no measurements to determine this
To the staff, at Concentra Physical Therapy; Ally, Chris, Tim, etc, thank you for all you guys do. Definitely would recommend anyone who needs therapy to use Concentra .-Alex Arencibia
The absolute worst "urgent care" ever!!! (And I use the title "urgent care center" loosely.) 1. The Concentra we visited (Pompano Beach) engages in unconcealed age discrimination. Their receptionist refused (presumably based on office policy) to even register my husband to see a doctor specifically because of his age (74.) Not sure when receptionists became the medical gatekeepers, but the receptionist stated that people his age should go to hospital ERs not urgent care centers. If I could put no stars I would. I been here from the time they’ve been open almost 3.5 hours and I’m still waiting. This makes me mad dammit. I hate stupid stuff like this all to get a damn dot physical. I am livid.
