IT WAS A JOKE!!!!!!! They never told me what was wrong with me just gave me some ibuprofen and said it was going to send me to a hand surgeon but they told the insurance company so I had to find out through them what was wrong with me with an ATTITUDE a month later SMH still in PAIN so I went to see a REAL DOCTOR that's sending me to orthopedic surgeon because the problem it's worse now SMMFH. CONCENTRA CARES ABOUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOT HUMAN LIFE!!!!!!
I was there at 8:30 AM for a cdl medical card got out of there about 9:15 staff was very pleasant and the P.A. as well, I've been using there service for years and I have no reason to go somewhere else
Wait time was ridiculous. Was there for over two hours with my son. He was sent there by his employer due to a work related injury.
People complaining about wait time, smh...it's a walk in clinic for the most part. Be prepared to wait. I was in and out in less than an hour. I went there for an employment physical and TB test.Go first thing when they open if you're in such a hurry. Staff is friendly.
The wait time is ridiculous. I came there for a drug test and told them I had to use the rest room but they had me ain't 2 hours. After an half-hour wait they said "it's one person in front of you". I checked back a half-hour after (so a total of and 1hr now) and they are saying "there is one person ahead of you. Sorry we only have two bathrooms". What a joke.
