My experience there was great. Follow up and all. So far so good. Got injured at work and they took care of it.
Worst service ever! The medical assistant was very rude and so was Dr. Saade because he had to leave and gave the ladies a face and made them laugh saying he looked angry . I was only a few minutes late to my appointment and I got the worst attitude from everyone. I almost walked out because I wanted to say something.
Attention all Concentra locations. Hire more staffing so someone doesnt have to wait 2.0 hours to do a 10 minute lung test for their employers. Very understaffed . Very un professional to sit this long for a short test. This is the only test I needed to do.
