Very efficient for IDOT customers. Still do not like the paperwork we have to fill out with the same information time after time after time. Maybe you could have a computer set up for the IDOT workers since we come in so often, and just update info as needed. In 8 years, my address has not changed, phone numbers have not changed, employment address and phone number have not changed, SS # always the same, as with all other info.
Professional, friendly staff in my opinion, also. I would like to see the cleaning staff get more time for detailing. Would prefer to fill out info on paper rather than phone or computer.
Have always had great service getting my DOT physical renewed. Staff has always been professional and friendly.
I was in and out paperwork and exam within an hour, I have never had a problem there..friendly staff and doctors..
Horrible experience. Went there to get stuff donefor new job. When I went back for a readingon my tb test, this lady said I don'thaveto do a 2nd shot. When the new employer said I have to. I don't think they no how to read script
I was sent here for a work injury. The staff, Doctor and Physical Therapists are awesome! Very personal care, I feel among friends.
