WORST DOT office EVER!!!! Drivers, if you want to pass your DOT physical do NOT go here!!! EVERY SINGLE time my husband has gone they say he has blood in his urine. Miraculously when he sees our regular physician there is none. This place is a frickin scam. He went 3 months ago...they said blood in urine. only gave him a 3 month medical card. Went to regular doctor who had him go to Quest Diagnostics. PERFECT bloodwork, and urine tests. Goes back here today to get his year medical card, the doctor flat out ignored his paperw... read more

long wait 2 hour wait the on the doctor World sign off on my CDL Medical card because I have kidney stones very prejudiced against truck drivers I will never go there again I have told my company to end the contract that we have with them. Other drivers have experienced problems with them also
