Staff not friendly very slow would not be my choice only reason it’s what company uses

I went for a TB test on a Friday evening before 630pm, didn't have to wait long, was ok. When I went back on Monday to have the test read it was a full waiting room. Didn't have to wait long to be seen, I did notice the bathroom was out of toilet paper and not that clean. Hope whomever is reading this will a great experience.
Went in for poison ivy (itching very badly). I got there at 7:35am. I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours. When I inquired I was told they take the drug test and appointments first. Why are they calling themselves "Urgent Care"? When they finally took me back the nurse that checked my vitals had a very bad attitude. Very bad experience.
I wasn’t very impressed with the front desk staff during my checking in process.
Wish I could go in the negatives. This place is illegally putting out faulty drug test and now my CDLs are at risk. But again since I'm not privileged or wealthy no will believe like when I was talking about the fake cops they were hiring in the past. Then the past couple of years happen now everyone is in a uproar. I NEED A LAWYER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE UNDER INVESTIGATION AND I WANT A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM....
