Very bad bed side manner Margie Deek over talk me and I had to let her know that I was talking to get my point across
RecommendedWent for drug/alcohol testing Front desk personnel were very polite and efficient The technician processing my test was very pessimistic, obviously disgruntled and unhappy with her job
Had a drug test that was conducted in a very good manner and in a timely manner.
Lady at front desk was very professional but the woman that took my urine sample was rude. Didn’t like southerners. I showed her respect and she said that’s the way you southerners are. She is from New York City. And she was rude.
During the COVID-19 I find this facility to be very clean. The employees at this facility is very nice..

Good location from office, but very long wait just for radome drug screening.
The only reason I came this urgent care center was to get my drug screening and physical done for my new RT travel job I am starting. Given the circumstances of the corona pandemic going on, I do not feel this center was well prepared, nor understood the importance of safely keeping themselves or the patients out of harms way. Most of the staff, with the exception of the girl I was working with, were not using the masks or gloves properly for infection control.
