pretty long wait time, the nurse seemed like she really didn't know what she was doing.
RecommendedGreat service for my visit. It was quick how I was signed in, attended too, then back out the door. Very friendly staff
I went at 3:40 for a drug test didn't leave until 6:10. When they put me in the back room they said PA would be in 20min. NOT try 1hr and 20min 😠😠😠
on hold for 20 minutes to ask a simple question and when someone finally answered they hung up on me. terrible.
I went in for my DOT physical. The people at the front desk were very unprofessional and lazy. I signed in and I waited 40 minutes for them to call me up for my paperwork and ID. They were just talking about nothing. One person thought the other person helped me. A mess is what they have at Concentra in Durham. I was there 2in a half hours and only 4 people in the waiting room. Everybody was complaining. Never again 😖
This was the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with in healthcare. Recently I had Dental work done Night and Day dental and the assistant injured herself on materials used in my procedure. Because this was the case it’s apparent that her and I both go to Concentra Urgent Care within 2 hours max prior to the incident. Nice people, very professional and knowledgable staff. I recommend Concentra for any emergency and screening tests.
Came in at 11:25 and they seen me at 12:45. Went for drug test and lady came in at 12:25 and she went before me. Nurse said lady at desk wrote I came in after 12:00. Will ask my company to us different place.
The Staff was very professional and friendly. Gave great customer service 👍😃
