I came in for a Two Step TB test for school. The front receptionist was very rude. I waited over two hours for each test. Although the rest of the staff was friendly. It wasn't a bad experience I just don't think I'll be returning.
The receptionist literally said I was next in line and almost all the people are gone and there was at least 20! It's ridiculous I only needed a TB test which doesn't take long at all.
Felt like I was in a herd of cattle. Receptionist very rude, was there for 6 hours just to have my knee looked at!
The wait was a little long but the staff was really nice and helpful
I, and my husband have each been here once. Both times, they did nothing for us. The first time was because I had a migraine and needed some pain relief. They told me that they could not give me anything. They did nothing for me and sent me on my way. They did still bill my insurance and keep my co-pay. My husband went because he developed a skin infection. Same thing, they couldn't do any thing for him, sent him to ER and they prescribed anti-biotics.
