Two and a half hour wait for a drug test. Was told on my arrival that I only have 6 people ahead of me. Checked after an hour and was told there were still three people ahead of me. Still an hour and a half later I was called back for a test that took 5 minutes. Very very rude and dishonest staff when asked about wait times, not only by myself but other clients as well. No presence of administrative staff at all even though situation would seem to have warranted supervision.
Recommendedthe people and Dr.'s were great...the wait time was horrible...3 hours for a phsyical (that's because I didn't have an appointment)! but still..thats worse than e.r visit..but overall, I would say 9 outta 10
Well was thete 4 almost 2 hours and i had an appointment.
Staff was very friendly. I did not have an appointment and they had me in and out within 45 min.
Friday I called and called to change appointment left message too. Never heard back from anyone! Was told they are under staffed not my problem! You need to return all calls before you leave at night that would be the respectful thing to do. And start cleaning the place up its dirty! On the floor under the heating pads is a pile of dirt
