RecommendedHad an exceptional experience after suffering two tendon laceration(s). The staff took me back immediately and wasted no time in the care I received. Shout out to Dr. Dayton for outstanding patient care along with radiation team, nurses and technicians!
Nurse used.No envelope just handed me a bundle of documents with confidential info to give to my safety manger who was very upset for the way the paperwork was handled.
The personal there was very understanding and very helpful and all the needs on doing my check up and plus they were very pleasant and very friendly, I would invite anyone to go there.
The doctor was great! The staff and the way they organize things in front was awful. For 1 hour and 40 minutes two other patients watched people come and go, after we were told it would be 1.5 hours. I finally asked when i would be called and a supervisor heard me and checked and said I would be next. I got there at 11:15 and got out st almost 2:30. They need a overhaul on the way they see patients.
The customer service was excellence. I love the fact that everybody was working as a team and each and all was smiling and helping others that needed to be helped. I myself being in the healthcare field find it’s very important to work as a team. Keep up the Good work Good People �
I walk in and i see only 3 people waiting to be seen. Then the lady tells me its a 3 hr wait it was ridiculous.
