Close home location wasn't difficult to find, service excellent
Dr visits when your PCP is not available
The wait time was 3-4 hrs. That is ridiculous. However, once seen the staff was great.
The wait is average, the nurse and staff were good! There just too many form to sign but other that it was good.

They run a efficient and quality service, and they accept most insurance.
The day I was there, the clinic was packed from chair to chair, and people were constantly entering, but the staff were welcoming and friendly. Every patient signs In and in spite of how crowded the waiting area was, , the desk staff/ technology team kept their composure, exhibited good customer service skills training.
They are very Professional and polite to their customers. It's just busy but they still get you out in time and they have good parking.
