I went in on August 27th just to have my eye checked after a work injury. I wanted to make sure everything was OK before letting my job know, since they were concerned as well. Unfortunately, the person who saw me was very dismissive from the start. She asked me why I was even there since I had 20/20 vision, and when I explained that my concern was puffiness in my eye after a work incident, she told me she didn’t believe it was work-related and implied I shouldn’t have even come in.
