The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and lacks compassion for people who are being serviced. Staff should be cognizant that they are serving people who are entitled to to be treated with respect regardless of their personal judgments . Professional courtesy should not be optional when you are representing a corporation of this magnitude which services many people throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Areas. Extremely disturbed by the treatment and lack of respect provided by the receptionist and management.

Everyone was kind courteous and very knowledgeable about their job and they made you feel I would recommend Concentra to everyone
Rude female doctor. Absolutely no personality or bedside manors. Hopefully I will not have to go back. Concentra has quite the reputation with truck drivers on fb. You should check out some of the trucking news feeds. You are not one of their favorites. I am O/O so I have the option of using the doctor of my choice and I seriously doubt it will be your office anytime in the near future. I did like the older male doctor, he was very personable.
The ladies at the front desk were good and cordial. The nurse in the back was good and cordial. The doctor was cordial, however she gave me suggestions of what I should give my daughter but no antibiotics. I could not understand that.
They was very nice to me.
