I was sent to Concentra for a pre-employment physical and drug screening, when I arrived the lobby was full and I thought I was going to be there awhile. To my surprise I was called up within minutes. My tester Jose V made me feel comfortable and at ease even after I told him I was afraid of needles, Everyone was friendly and even wished me good luck at my new job! Great Experience!
My appointment was 2pm didnt get seen until after 3pm, didnt get out of there until about 5pm..only positives are they were kind and had free refreshments.
Very clean facility. Friendly and courteous staff. Everyone was very proficient in their duties. Great overall care.
The first night into our vacation, and I have yet another sinus infection and feel like crap. We wake up and Google local urgent care centers and chose Concentra. It was an easy process to sign up and register, which was nice. Nice, large waiting room, but we did wait for about an hour, and that was around 6:30am. The tools don’t seem to be as modern as to what we are used to here in the Chicago suburbs, but that’s ok. Just being nice and on time doesnt make a good medical department. I get hurt at work and see a doctor. They examine and take xrays and the original doctory said i shoulder issues and told me to come back in 2 days. Went back after 2 days of light duty which not only hurts but cant sleep at night due to the pain. Doctor sees me and says see u i a week. Ok got pain and cant sleep wont do mri but soon will do physical therapy without knowing what damage is done. Could actually make it worse. This is a hospital? Did the doctors... read more
