They were pleasant. The waiting room spacious. The staff, could use a little work. Not rude, but not friendly either. The process was smooth and they were playing a great movie. They have water and coffee.

I had the worst experience on August 23, 11:57 to 5: pm she don’t even call for my company for my ride , I asked the security they only have one phone call but she told me she call The security but she doesn’t , I was waiting there about 2 hours waiting for so long to get my ride but I am happy with the doctor.
I had the worst experience last Saturday, August 8 when arrived at 12 noon, for a regular Screen Drug test requested by my Employer. I was more than ready for the test when arrived. The problem become when I had to let them know that after 1 hour of waiting, they told me that I have only 1 more person before my turn. But my surprise it was that they took almost another hour before they called me, because my frustration it was almost to explote like my bladder. They were very nice. It was a easy and quick process.
The staff are so friendly and nice
I waited too long to see the doctor or medical nurse. I sign in get called go into t room and wait. After 45 minutes the medical person not a doctor see me. Go out to wait for my next appointment. Noticed everyone else I gone . I come in flats but is last to be seen. Appointment is at 10 I arrive at 9 don’t get seen unit; 1015 leave at 1030.?
