I arrived at the office and the receptionist told me what to do I completed my paperwork and waited and waited and waited The staff seemed friendly but unorganized It took me over an hour to deliver my sample And they were not really that busy

Dot physical prices keep going up and they find any reason to not give you a two year renewal, instead they give you a 3month just to make come back and pay another 100+ dollars, and you don’t even get seen by a real doctor,, u get an assistant instead not to mention you wait for 3hours to be seen,, what a joke,,

So I just checked in for my 9 am follow up appointment. This condescending fake smile blonde girl wearing eyeglasses was checking me in. I asked her if I could please be seen by a Doctor instead of a Physicians Assistant because the PA was as condescending as her. I hope I don't get a Mean one just like this blonde girl and the last PA. They both give me the creeps. She told me to tell the nurse to request for another Doctor. What a B---ch.
