The woman at the desk is a rude lady. I drove my son here from n phoenix and had an urgent need to use the restroom and she wouldn't let me use it. What kind of person or world do we exist in when women deny other women the use of a restroom. Horrible people horrible place. I'd never come here. EVER!!!!!!!
Worst medical facility I've EVER been too!! It was a 4 hour wait to be seen, only to be told the x-Ray tech went home sick, so I would have to go to another facility for an x-Ray. I did, was then mis diagnosed twice by the dr at concentra, apparently her training did not include the ability to see the broken bone in my foot! Because this was a work injury I had to keep returning to this terrible facility. I still have nightmares, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
