Maybe the company got great reviews in 2008 but things have really changed. They come in with scare tactics, are pushy and rude, and forget about customer service. The receptionist has a real attitiude and phone messages do not get returned unless it involves them getting money. They are not shy about insulting your intelligence either. Id rather have no alarm and take my chances with the crooks than deal with these people. Thank goodness for the competition.
