The dentist is awesome young and knowledgeable about the latest dental innovations. Unfortunately the supporting staff is aweful with terrible dispositions and very unprofessional inpersonal attitudes. I hate hate hate going to the dentist because of the staff.
I've been using this dentist for about 7 years now... Dr. Taylor is AWESOME! His staff however leave a bad taste in your mouth. I've never had a problem but the staff are unprofessional and today was the straw that broke this camel's back. For some unknown/un-posted reason both of their offices were closed at 2430 E. 7 Mile Road, Detroit, Michigan and on 17170 LIVERNOIS AVE., DETROIT, MI 48221. I needed a emergency appointment because I had a toothache and my normal dentist was booked. They got me right in the next day and pulled the tooth!! The staff was friendly and very fast I was in and out in no time!! Just needs to update the office very old decor!
