My husband and I relocated to this part of town from North Las Vegas 16 months ago. It was like going through a honeymoon phase, pleasant in the beginning but the longer you stay the worse it gets. We wondered why in our first year, we noticed residents moving out (approximately) 5-6 a month. It was concerning but I understand why after living here. It looks nice but the staff (admin), seem to helpless and not concerned about our concerns
It saddens me to have to change my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. The experience I have had with ConAm Management, the company that manages The Boulders at Lone Mountain apartments has been utterly horrible at this point. I have been unable to reach anyone via phone or by email at this company. I have had to deal with fake and eronious charges by the property management office along with the apartment office at the boulders. Horrible experience horrible customer service this is what happens when you live at one of their properties and they hired Ashley Towing almost died
I have been an good tenant of Sterling Summerland Apartments for 3 1/2 years. I have never had any major issues until recently. My air conditioning went out. The temperatures ranged between 85-91 degrees in my apartment. I submitted a work order regarding the issue. After the first time the AC company came I thought the issue was fixed but no about a week later I experienced the same issue of heat rising again.
