My husband and I relocated to this part of town from North Las Vegas 16 months ago. It was like going through a honeymoon phase, pleasant in the beginning but the longer you stay the worse it gets. We wondered why in our first year, we noticed residents moving out (approximately) 5-6 a month. It was concerning but I understand why after living here. It looks nice but the staff (admin), seem to helpless and not concerned about our concerns
It saddens me to have to change my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. The experience I have had with ConAm Management, the company that manages The Boulders at Lone Mountain apartments has been utterly horrible at this point. I have been unable to reach anyone via phone or by email at this company. I have had to deal with fake and eronious charges by the property management office along with the apartment office at the boulders.
