Horrible experience horrible customer service this is what happens when you live at one of their properties and they hired Ashley Towing almost died
I have been an good tenant of Sterling Summerland Apartments for 3 1/2 years. I have never had any major issues until recently. My air conditioning went out. The temperatures ranged between 85-91 degrees in my apartment. I submitted a work order regarding the issue. After the first time the AC company came I thought the issue was fixed but no about a week later I experienced the same issue of heat rising again. The ConAm property I live in makes me want to cry. ALL these rules & fees and can't even have the decency to put in new carpet. Dog owners REFUSE TO NOT pick up their pets poop. W so much going on in the world,can we at least LIVE in peace! And to top it off, The Office Staff is horrible. I wish Us all well.
After 5 years of being good tenants, in March 2025, completely out of the blue, we got a letter saying they would not be renewing our lease and we had to vacate by May 31st. We spoke to the front office and she advised us it is a Con Am decision and the office doesn't have any control over it. It sucks, but it's their decision - So we spent the month cleaning and finding a new place. Turned in our keys and went on with our lives. Today we got a final bill for $230.
