I recently moved out after living at a ConAm property for 4.5 years. I paid rent early, every month for all 55 months I lived here, totaling about $150,000. I took very good care of my unit and received my full deposit back upon moving out. After moving out and getting my deposit back, I received a bill from ConAm for ~$100. My apartment building Skylar Grand in Portland recently hired them to manage the building. They are beneath horrible. They flat out told me to deal with a broken AC on a summer month. I will now be taking action.
worst company ever as you can see i moved out of array apartment years ago and I am still mad at how they told me they will not charged me for the extra days of rent they charge me but they sent the charge to debit collector and do not talk to me anymore. Also, look up the collector they use if you get sent to. It is a joke they pretend their systems have no idea of each others and calling it a third party collector service. It is just a way to collect your money.
actually really cheesed off to be posting this review. my partner and i have LOVED living at a conam property—parla apartments—that is, until there’s been nearly a whole staff turnover. brian, mitchell, and juan were fantastic as is the new maintenance person david! however we have just received a new property manager and along with her has come the new “amenity” of trash valet service. there was a sip sip hooray event put on today to announce this non-optional, effective immediately cash grab—-or uh sorry, amenity. the staf... read more
