Very bad company, only interested in money.
Honestly I never write negative reviews but this is not a good company at all… lack of regard to the fullest extent. Will not solve any issues at all. Have been charging me two times over every single month for renters insurance even though I’ve already paid for the entire year and will not solve it. Our property changed management to this company in April and “HOT MESS” doesn’t even come close to describing them. Payments aren’t accurately reflected, Cindy has a “Im the sheriff with the gun and badge” attitude, they claim stuff isn’t their problem even though it falls into the scope of their job description. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
Avoid ConAm Management and Arbor Garden Townhomes at All Costs! My experience with ConAm Management and Arbor Garden Townhomes has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, it’s been a cascade of problems that they’ve consistently failed to resolve. I signed a lease for a unit that wasn’t even ready on move-in day.
