Came here for my state inspection and had a positive experience. The owner was very kind and did not try to sell me on services I didn’t need.
Came here several months back for an oil change, now when my usual tech is doing the work he said “who did your last oil change? They totally wrenched down your drain plug. It even looks like they possibly cut a slit in the drain plug? Hacks hack hacks!” Yikes!
I usually do my mom’s oil changes, but I was out of town so she came here. Several months later (today) I do the oil change and the drain plug was on so tight it stripped the threads in her oil pan. Avoid this place.
I've been taking my two older cars (2012 BMW and 2010 Jaguar) to this shop for a few years now and I find the knowledge and quality of service to be excellent. Anthony is happy to call and explain the repairs needed and even show you in person what parts are old and worn. The labor time billed seems very appropriate for the work and not exaggerated at all. I had such an amazing experience here. Everyone is extremely kind and honest, and Anthony did an amazing job fixing my axle. Highly recommend anyone looking to get their car serviced, inspected or even just an oil change should definitely go here!
