We had a leak in a back basement room that was fully furnished, including a plush carpet. Kobie and Mark did an excellent job of carefully moving heavy furniture while removing the section of damaged carpet, and efficiently removed sections of the baseboard and carpet tacking that had become wet. I went through a very difficult situation when my apartment was flooded causing really extensive damage. My insurance company sent out DKI with their team of experts. Everything had to be preserved, packed up and drywall and flooring needed to be removed. Then everything had to be dried out. During all of this Francis, Mark & Kobie went out of their way to make things better for me. I really can’t say enough about these guys. They really go above and beyond which was amazing during all of this. Thanks so much guys!!
