The ladies who work here are rude and showed very poor customer service. The first time I visited, there was no one at the counter to take my order, even though the business was open during its posted hours. The second time I went, there were two employees working. One of the employees in the ice cream area was about to take my order, but her coworker told her to serve ice cream to another customer who had arrived after me. If I could give this zero stars I really would I came here for a coffee and treat. I order a Duvalin latte it came with no ice, and it tasted like milk with creamer. I asked them if they could fix it because it didn’t taste good and they said that’s how it was supposed to be Made. They were really rude about it.
