Went to deliver the load this afternoon sat in a dock for 4 hours just for them to reject half the load because the forklift operator was clumsy and dumped a tote at the doorway
Got here last night at 9pm for my morning delivery. They said they will unload me tonight and sent me to the staging area. I was waiting for a phone call for about 2hrs before I went to take a nap. Woke up at 4:25 and looked at my phone. I saw a text from 20 min ago with the door#. Drove to the dock, backed in, got red light and that's it. Its 6am and there is absolutely no movement. What was the point? You didn't take me last night like you said you would, give me a door 7hrs later and not unloading. Couldn't get full sleep... read more
Waited 3 hours past appointment time. When I was given a door the yard driver hooked up to the trailer that was in my door then stopped to have his lunch. Once in the door I was unloading fairly timely.
