Everyone at the Gunbarrel location have always been excellent! Helpful and friendly!
Not sure about all these negative comments. I've been with them since the combustion days and absolutely love them. According to branch of course. The riverfront parkway staff are excellent. The one I go to for the most part has an employee that comes of as rude sometimes as well gives you the impression it's her money in my bank account. I avoid dealing with her at all cost. Wish I could give negative stars! This bank is the worst not only can you never get in contact or get them to respond to messages or calls, and have the worst app and online site for banking services. If you go into the bank the staff are so rude. It’s almost impossible to get any help with banking problems. You better bet I’m about to close my account and go somewhere where they care about customers!
No 24 hour call line so if anything happens not during business hours you are out of luck. Trying to call the number on the website leads to a circle and then it eventually forces the call to end. This credit union doesn’t embrace technology and only started using the chip on the debit cards a couple years ago, forget tap, and the app is clunky and doesn’t allow for much except balance checks and transfers between savings and check. Find a bank that has embraced the 21st century, not this relic stuck in the past.
