There is absolutely nothing professional or honest about this location, you’re better off going to the design district for actual help. I placed an order with Yony and Carlos Quintero, paid the $100 fee and left the store expecting to trade my Current vehicle the next day, AFTER reading my car and showing that the vehicle is paid off I’m then told that I no longer have a vehicle on hold because it has passed the 48 hour hold and I wasn’t told anything because they expected me to take it that same day?!??? Peter was attentive and answered all of my questions - but he was not too pushy. He let me take my needed several months before I made the final decision to get a Model S. Arranging an appointment for test drives, as Tesla does, makes it convenient for my time and theirs.
I'm not sure if it is just too popular but we couldn't even have someone talk to us after waiting 40 min. Plus there's like one car in the showroom
Chef CJ knocked it out the park with this place, food is amazing, seating and ambiance is fantastic and price is...well who cares it's all amazing.
I had an excellent experience at this *store. I rsvp for the Sunday brunch event but missed it and decided to come back to inquire about the new model x. The manager was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to converse in technical details. The cars speak for themselves, the assist from the manager was a plus.
Very, very cool store. you can touch and feel the car, I don't know if you can sit, but what an amazing shopping experience.
Moved to 4850 galley rd. Half way between powers and academy on galley.
