I have used COMPUTERS PLUS since I moved to Georgia from New York six years ago. They have been amazing whether it was for repair , in house tech support or over the phone. They are courteous and repairs are done quickly and accurately. Their costs are always reasonable.
I was sold a computer that did not work! I had it looked at over the weekend only to be told that there was a hardware problem and that I would need to buy a new monitor. I called the ACWORTH LOCATION to see what could be done about the $61.47 spent, no refund but I can come in and spend $45 for a diagnostic check. Oh! So you want me to bring back a crappy piece of junk that I haven't even had for 6 months and pay you more money to BS me around! If I had money like that I wouldn't have came to y'all in the first place!
