I went to Computers Plus at 4904 Shelbyville Rd., in Louisville, KY, & I purchased their best Premium VPX Custom Built Computer package with extras, made multiple [5+] trips over fifty minutes away from my home when the computer was supposedly ready, only to find out: The first Intel i7 processor that they ordered came but was damaged [not necessarily their fault], they did not install the DVD Writer drive that was supposed to be included, installed a different BluRay drive than what I payed extra to put in (which I let slid... read more
Computer's Plus is definitely the place to go for any computer related parts or services. I am a frequent customer and have been extremely satisfied with both the knowledge and specialized experience I've had when visiting the store. The staff definitely knows their stuff and can help you find just about anything you need, or have ordered it for you.
