I went in after having (luckily) done my research already. I knew I wanted a laptop. I was first told a laptop would not do what I wanted and I would need a desktop, which was the first incorrect information I received. I'm not sure if the person thought I couldn't afford the extra cost it would be in a laptop form factor, or if they were just trying to sell something they had already in stock. Poor customer service. I paid a good chunk of change to have Michael Kuntz repair my laptop. While finalizing the repairs, he failed to reattach the speaker wire. Since I use the laptop for work, I made arrangements to take the laptop back in on a day I was going to be off work. Michael assured me on the phone prior to taking it back in, that he would have it repaired that day. When dropping the laptop off, he again assured me it would be repaired by 5:00 that day. I’m not the best with technology, I brought in two broken hard drives full of images from over the past five years. They were able to get all of those images back for me and they did it quickly! Highly recommend!

My laptop was almost nonfunctional and they removed some trojans, malware and cleaned up the junk for me. It works great now and when I picked it up I even received a lesson in what to watch for to help prevent infections again. They are very nice people to work with.
