The gentleman who helped me was absolutely lovely. My laptop up and died suddenly and although he was short staffed because somebody was out sick, he took time to explain to me what I could do even though he knew I wouldn't be purchasing anything from him or paying him for any help. He gave me some advice and told me to go to a store in Patterson which I did and they got me everything I needed. Just a kind soul who helped someone in need out of the goodness of his heart.
