RecommendedMy husband had serious computer problems with his company's server. Computer Works went out of their way to solve the issue. They set him up with a secondary email account. The direction they gave him was accurate and helpful. We would most definitely use them again!
I had a problem with my iphone that looked like it was going to cost quite a bit to fix. Once I explained the issue, the staff went out of their way to be helpful & actually found a solution that fixed it for free. I truly appreciated the fact that they took the time to work with me and didn't take advantage of the situation simply to try and make money, which they easily could have done considering my ignorance on the matter. Thank you for fixing my computer.
Had my computer for 5 days. Cleaned the heck out of it. I was super disappointed when I got home and my IE was STILL not working. Called to complain, but before I could Dave talked me through how to revert to IE9 from IE10 that was causing the problem!! Not only that, but he took time to explain things to me in plain english (not often possible from those in IT). He even explained why I should have more than one browser at all times.
