We had a power outage due to santa ana winds for 24 hours.. Our email was down and none of my employees has access to their emails. Computer Village routed our emails to a temporary server at their site and some how managed to get all of emplyees back to work. That 's what I call great service. They are very knowledgable in what they do.

Our Dell server hard drives crashed after 6 years. I was very worried about our data. I decided to call Computer Village because i had done some business with them 10 years ago. They told me that they can come to my office to fix the server or I can take it to their location. I decided to take it in because it was cheaper. Tony the manager explained all the charges to me and told me that they will do their best to save all my data. I called to ask how much to bring my computer in for repair, the guy on phone was very nice. he spent 5 minutes on the phone with me and fixed my problem for free. Honest and nice...

I have a engineering company in San Dimas. I have 3 servers and 31 workstations. I have been working with Tony at computer village for 14 years. They are very knowledgeable and saved me a few times in the past 14 years.

We recently purchased a new computer through Computer Village. They built it with upgraded components as compared to one purchased through a retail store. We are very pleased with the results. It is up and running in 45 seconds (I have timed it).We will be able to increase the capacity as needed, again far beyond what one might do with a retail comuter. Thanks Computer Village for a great value and for solving our computer issues with smart choices.

I have been dealing with Comuter Village for almost 20 years and have never had a complaint. They build my first computer with a list of components I requested and have build many machines for me since. I consider the service well above standard and have always left with a feeling of satisfaction. They have knowledgable technicians if you have questions and are always helpful. I plan to continue using them for my computer and software needs for years to come.

Computer Village has seen our company through two company moves and has been invaluable. They had us moved and up and running in no time. We maintain a service contract with Computer Village and would not be without it. Most recently one of our computers was invaded by a destructive virus and the amazing techs at Computer Village quickly had us restored and up and running.
