Brian is the BOMB!!. My CPU would not start after a windows update. I was at the point where I was going to do a factory reset but decided to give Computer Transformers a chance. Boy I am glad I did. He got it done in a day @ extremely reasonable pricing (sign posted says $45 with free diagnostic). I will be coming back with all my computer needs
