RecommendedI am Very pleased with the help I received from Computer Techs. Lane was excellent in diagnosing and fixing a problem I was experiencing with my laptop computer. Very professional and very reasonable in the fee I was charged to put everything back in order. I would definitely recommend their services and if I experience any more problems, I will be returning to request their expertise.
I took my laptop and Surface Pro in for some repairs. Lane took a lot of pride in his work, and called me nearly every day with updates on both. He ended up getting my laptop running again like new. I'm starting a claim with Microsoft since the Surface had some hardware issues that are hopefully still under warranty (I was not charged for the Surface Pro diagnosis.) Compter Techs is friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and fast! We had my Daughter's iPhone 7 battery replaced and it was fixed in 45 minutes. We also told him that her charger kept falling out and he cleaned it in a nano second. The phone works EXCELLENT now!They also have screen protectors, cases, and pop sockets in store as well. She didn't want a hand me down phone at first but after getting it fixed and decked out here she now loves it! I highly recommend!!!
This place is absolutely amazing!! They were very knowledgeable about the issue I was having, and they had it fixed within an hour. Very friendly and by far the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to experience.

My custom gaming PC decided to go out after a Windows update. I called Computer Techs and talked to Lane, he was very helpful and told me to bring it in to diagnose the problem. I dropped off my PC with Lane and he reassured me that they would get to the issue. Lane called me daily with updates and was very informative on what was going on. Great experience! I love that I was kept in the loop through the whole process. I got multiple phone calls, including a quote before he did anything. When he was finished both my computer worked way better than before. He also took the time to explain to me what happened and how I could prevent it from happening again! My husband dropped his iPhone and then ran over it with a tractor... we couldn’t find anyone that was able to repair it! Lane Geisler with Computer Techs was able to fix it and gave us a great price! We will definitely be using them for any future needs!
