I brought my son's Toshiba laptop to Computer Solutions after it would no longer turn on. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem; internally, the power switch and keyboard had been disconnected. Once reconnected, laptop started right up and has been running ever since. This was great, especially since Microcenter had diagnosed the same computer as having a "bad motherboard", which left us with the choice of fixing it for $800+, or just buying a new one. I brought my wife's MacBook Air in for a diagnostic after a minor liquid spill. Larry was very friendly and helpful. They were able to check out the machine in just a day. Luckily, nothing was wrong with the system, and they only did a minor clean-up. We only paid the $60 diagnostic...much better than sending it away for Apple to repair. I'll definitely use Computer Solutions again in the future!
