My daughter upgraded her RAM yesterday, and the video quit. She couldn't be without her computer over the weekend, without missing the deadline of a project she was working on. The folks at Computer Shack were beyond wonderful. They stayed late to diagnose and fix the problem.

I was in tears when I called and found Michelle at the Computer Shack on a Tuesday. I had just lost 30,000 pictures from the last 15 years. I was beside myself! She sounded incredibly knowledgeable on the phone and offered to look at my external hard drive the next morning. I took it to her that following Thursday later in the day.
