Having them as a partner and advisor has kept our network running smoothly and, more recently, helped us tackle IT projects that have made our organization more efficient - all at a very reasonable investment. Service response time is super fast as well.
These guys went out of their way to get my issue resolved. I can't remember the tech's name, but he used the phrase, "10-4" a lot as we talked. During my three day wait, he called me back three times to give me status updates. He deserves a kudos for a job well done!
