I was very pleased with the services I received today. Also I would refer all of my friends here. What made me decide to come here was because I was guaranteed that my computer would be ready today. I called around to many different places and no one could guarantee that they could fix my computer. I would bring my computer back here if I have anymore problems in the future. I trust Connect EBS.
Awesome Comapny! I took my computer in for virus removal, after talking to other companies that were either too busy to ask questions or wanted to keep my computer for a week to fix it. Connect was able to fix my computer same day and they took their time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed out like at other companies I have been to. They were very knowledgable and personable. Their rates were very reasonable and fair with no gimmicks. I will be a lifetime customer!!!
THERON WAS A VERY RESPONSIBLE AND KNOWLDGEABLE MAN. HIS RATES ARE VERY GOOD AND WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY IN HELPING ME. HE TOOK EXTRA PERSONAL TIME TO HELP ME WHICH I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN FROM OTHER COMPUTER STORES. HIS ETHICS AND MORALS ARE NOT SEEN ANYMORE IN THE WORK PLACE. HE WILL NOT SELL ANYTHING THAT HE WOULDNT HAVE HIMSELF AND THAT MEANS ALOT THESE DAYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
