Zero Stars. I have never encountered a business like this. They are completely void of customer service skills, integrity and basic decency. I brought my computer to them to get it cleaned up and make it faster. They claimed they could do it and I left it with them. When I returned, they told me the service was going to be twice what they had originally estimated. I reluctantly paid the bill.
