I've had the worst experience with them. Not only did they have my computer for a month due to backorder of parts (and it was me who called them inquiring about my computer when they should have called me with an update), but they charged me more than on the paperwork indicated and I had asked that when it was completed that I could open it up and use it right then. I could not, I no longer have word and other apps I had before bringing it in. I do not recommend them at all.
Service technician went above and beyond. Laptop had a corrupted something or other. Next available service slot was several days away. My wife is a physician and was on call that weekend. Really needed computer access to patient records in order to provide proper medical care. They made room in service schedule, fixed laptop, and Dr was able to have computer available for patient needs!! Happy wife, happy patients.

Over the years we have gone to several other places for computer repairs. Computer Renaissance is by far the best. Rich is honest and fair and he went out of his way to help us. Faraz, the Technician solved our computer problems , when we were sure we had to buy a new computer. He was kind and patient with us and he knew what our computer needed to be fixed. I recently had my computer in for service, as it was running slow. Your tech called to tell me that the hard drive was failing and needed to be replaced. I gave him the go ahead and my computer was returned to me ahead of schedule. A great job. Thanks Guys. Jeff
