They fixed my Mac in a day's time and I didn't even have to wait in line or schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar! It was running slowly, needed upgrades and more memory space. They helped diagnose the issue and it didn't cost me an arm & a leg. They are even Apple Certified! Thankful to have found such affordable and qualified help.
Initially, I was very upset with how my problem was handled. But through communication and follow up... Kevin was able to make me another satisfied customer. Computer Rescue was able to turn a problem into an opportunity. Once all was said and done, they did exactly what I wanted. Thanks again.
Couldn't be happier! – I stopped by the store and bought a new computer. I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done and installed at my office! I found the same Norton in the paper for $20 more than what I bought it for there. I would highly reccomend!
Got stuck disc out of laptop – Brought in a macbook with a CD stuck in the drive. Two days later I got the call that it was done. (A day earlier than promised - that's nice) They handed me the macbook and and the CD and charged me for an hour's worth of labor. When I asked if the drive was safe to use, they had no idea. They called the repair guy and he didn't know. They offered to put a blank CD in to try it, and if it did get stuck they'd be happy to charge me to put in a new drive. We are more than happy to help you with this issue. Many customers bring computers into us wanting just a disc out and nothing more. We would be happy to test the drive for you free of charge, however if it is bad, there would be a charge for the part and any labor over 1 hour. Please contact us and we will happily resolve this.
They do a great job for my company's IT needs! – They provide monthly preventative maintenance for my company to keep the computers running smoothly. Great company! I love their professionalism, technical knowledge, affordable prices and honesty. That says it all!

Won't go anywhere else for my computer needs – Love this Place! Very curtious technicians, unbelievale affordable prices for computer repair and very prompt. They worked on my computer at home, I was so impressed I hired them to perform monthly prevantative maintenance work on the computers at my business. Very friendly and honest people to work with.
Scam Artists! – Buyer beware! The guy who tried to fix my computer did not know what he was doing. He said I had a bad video card in my laptop, my video card was fine as it turns out and the backlight was the issue. Instead of properly fixing my computer they tried to sell me a new one, an HP that was pretty nice however when I did a little research they were selling it for $200 more than what Staples was selling right down the road! Sir if you can contact us and give us your name, we can look into our records and make this right. We are not in the business primarily of selling new computers, we primarily repair them. When there is a bad video card which is built into the motherboard, it is cheaper to replace then fix. Our technicians all have degrees in IT. Computer prices range greatly and costs are different at every store, Staples may have been having a sale on a particular model making our price seem higher.
Best Computer Service in town! – When I was looking for a computer repair company in Grand Rapids, I found Computer Rescue 911 and couldn't be more pleased. From my first call to inquire to when I picked up my computer, they were excellent! I would highly recommend them. The nice thing is they are not a big franchise they are just a local company with a VERY PROFESSIONAL presence, not a junky shop!
