If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is my second experience with Dave. This time, I was unable to update my new HP laptop to Windows 11 Pro because a partition in HP was too small. Dave researched it extensively, and was able to solve it. The cost was extremely reasonable. Plus as an added bonus, Dave is very easy to work with.
David was very nice and professional. I had an issue with my laptop and David spent hours of his time to diagnose and fix the issue. He only charged me for the parts. Highly suggest this business to anyone with any computer problems.
David is awesome! He’s done lots of work for me including getting me a new computer and setting it up for me. I’ve had networking issues & just talking with him, he solves the problem. Take your computer issues to him. You will not be disappointed!
Apparently, my laptop is a problem child, but David has figured it out! Communication regarding repair status has been very good. Highly recommend!
