Joe is a gem who has the patience to explain to the elderly or electronically challenged anything they need to know. He was wonderful to my step mom!! He took the time to show her how not to get hacked, explained it to where she could comprehend, took care of any issues, including any future problems that may occur from her previous motions. He also took the time to walk one of my dear 'older' clients through her computer, took care of any viruses, and explained on a level she could comprehend to avoid them in future! He can... read more
