Excellent service! I had to uninstall iTunes on my desktop in order up set up an iPhone Xr. I was upgrading from a much older iPhone. I was only able to do the first step and quickly had to tap out. I contacted Your Computer Guy. Within 24 hours, Jacob was online with me in a remote repair session. Turns out uninstalling iTunes can be a rather complicated process. I had a very good experience when I brought my 2010 macbook pro in to see why it wasn't working properly. Within a day or two, they had diagnosed it and let me know exactly what the problem was. They were fast, honest, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
My computer was not powering on and i was sure that I was facing a pretty expensive repair bill since I hadn't backed up properly. Your Computer Guy gave me a very reasonable quote on data recovery, but when I went in it turned out to be an even less expensive solution that was needed. These guys are fair, honest, and they know what they are doing!

I am a retired physics instructor and am relatively familiar with computer hardware - the operating software not so much. Unfortunately I have had occasion to take unbootable laptops to David 3 times over a couple of years. Fortunately he is a 9th degree technowizard and was able to work his magic on my dead/dying computers and revive them. Two of the three times I had to wait as long as five minutes!
