Computer Repair of Greensboro could not get a higher recommendation from me! I had major problems with my Dell laptop-motherboard, screen, plus some minor annoyances- Phillip found & fixed them all. He went "above & beyond" to solve my problems, while keeping in mind the value of my laptop to me and my business. After fixing mine, I took my wife's to him for maintenance and a co-worker also took his - with equal success. Computer Repair of Greensboro is now our "go-to-guy!"

I called Computer Repair of Greensboro after having a bad experience with the Geek Squad. I am a a single female and was leary about having someone come into my house I didn't know. When Phillip showed up he immediately put me at ease. Not only did he do a fabulous job of fixing my problem he taught me a few things for future reference in the process. I truly feel blessed. My computer is working great.

I read the reviews before I called Computer Repair of Greensboro and was pretty impressed but frankly also a bit skeptical. I had stepped on my laptop screen and cracked the display. When I called I spoke with Phillip and decided to take it in. Long story short he looked at it and called with price. I told him to go ahead and order the screen and 3 days later when it was supposed to be ready he called to tell me that he had ordered the wrong screen by mistake. by Loka1960 09/17/2010 I called Phillip after I attempted to connect a wireless network on my own. He came to the house that night at 6:00! While we had some difficulty in getting the connection, Phillip worked tirelessly in troubleshooting the problem and when all was said and done he determined that my router was not working with my device. My computer crashed due to a virus. I had several references from coworkers but the people I spoke to or visited did not seem to care if they had my business and the prices were ridiculous. I'm not much of a review writer but I felt compelled after my experience with Computer Repair of Greensboro on Monday. My laptop got infected with a very serious virus. Completely locked down. I cannot thank Computer Repair of Greensboro and Phillip Bishop enough! I work from home and am therefore dependent on my computer to complete tasks for my clients and stay in touch. I am very appreciative of Phillip Bishop with Computer Repair of Greensboro! My computer caught a virus in the middle of researching information for a class assignment. Phillip came out promptly and diligently worked to remove the virus and get me back up and running. These guys are just good at what they do. I called this past Sunday at 11:00 am. A technician was on-site within 2 hours. Diagnosed it for $50(very cheap considering what most places charge) and repaired it the same day which included a complete reload of XP. Highly, highly recommend.
